When starting this program, I was a little skeptical that I would accomplish any results with a self-paced program. I was wrong and Lois is amazing at helping you tap into emotions you didn't know were there. I discovered things I had in me that I didn’t know were there and rediscovered pieces of me that were put away for a good while.  If you’re trying to clarify your why and what to do with it, I highly recommend this program and Lois as a guiding teacher.
